5 min. on bike (all the treadmills were taken)
20 back extensions on sb
20 push-ups on sb

2) Superset:
21-15-9/30# Thrusters (way too heavy, rested half way through set)
21-15-9/65#(?) standing rows
time: under 20 min.

3) 15 min. on stairmaster (level 3, random)
