1) Warm-up: 5 min. jump rope, 20 bw squats, 20 lunges

2) Superset: KB high pull, cleans, snatches 20/12kg x 2; 20/16kg x 1
Time: little less than 30 min.

3) Weighted crunches on SB 12/10 x 1; 10/20 x 2
