1) Warm-up:
Foam roll
10 push-ups
10 bw squats
10 lunges/leg

2) KB Turkish Get-up, both sides w/ 10 kb swings in between
1st round: 12kg time: 14:45
2nd round: 16kg time: 13:41

3) Knees to Elbows
8 rounds
10 reps
