Warm-up: 3 rounds, 20 reps each - KB squats, KB halos, SB back extensions, SB pronated leg extensions
1) Superset: Pull-ups + SA KB Press
reps: 20-15-9
time: forgot (around 20 min.)
2) KB staircase carry: 16kg, 20 climbs
