There's one thing I do like about working out late at 24hr, is that, you basically have the whole gym to yourself. I got there around 10:15 and I don't think any of the employees were there. No front desk people, no trainers, and no maintenance people at all. I wonder if their cameras even work. I could use more medicine balls.
1) Warm up - Jump Rope 8 min.
2) BB Cleans - 45/3x10, 55/2x10, 65/1x10
3) Superset: Step-ups w/ DB + Romanian Squat - 30/5x10 + BW/5x5 both alternating
4) Pull-ups w/ kip - BW/4x10
5) 2 min walk, 1 min. run on treadmill 4 rounds (setting 3.0/8.5)
6) Cool Down
