1) Warm up - 5 min on treadmill

2) Superset: 6x10

a) DB Snatches /each hand - warmed up w/ 20#, the rest 35#
b) BW Dips
c) Bent Over Row (supinated grip) - warmed up w/ 40#, the rest 60#
