Tuesday 10/30 Workout @home

Today was opening day for the Golden State Warriors so I wanted to get a quick workout before the game started.

1)Warm-up: Stair climbs/descents - 20 times

2)Superset: Chin-ups, Stability Ball(SB) push-ups, SB crunches - 5x5

3)Superset: Bodyweight(BW) squats, BW split squats, BW alternating split squats, BW squat jumps - 1x20

I plan on buying more equipment so I could workout more at home or at least not have to drive to the gym. And maybe train my friends. Equipment I plan on getting:

-kettlebells
-BOSU ball
-gymnastics rings
-TRX suspension system

That's all I can think of for now. Now if I only had more space...
