I was not feeling it at all yesterday. I hope I'm not catching my boss' cold. I think I need more protein. Anyways, I was planning to go "old-school" workout for this week and do chest on Monday, legs on Tuesday, back on Wednesday, Arms on Thursday, but I was thinking about supercompensation and decided to go against it. So I ended up doing this.
1) Warm-up - 5 min. on treadmill
2) DB Chest Press, 1x12@50#, 1x8@70# 5x6@90#
3) Superset - Seated Row 1x12@60#, 6x7@90# x Dips (on bench) 6x7
4) Front Squats - 1x10 bar only, 7x5@95#
5) Cardio - 2 min. walk x 1 min. run for 4 rounds on treadmill
6) Cool Down - 2 min. walk on treadmill
