Tuesday 10/23 Workout @ 24hr
Warm up - 3 sets of 20 Back squats w/45# bar
1) 5x10 Back Squats 105#
2) 5x10 Incline DB Press 35#DB
3) 2 min. jog x1 min. run on treadmill 4 rounds
4) Cool down 2 min.
