The month of June has brought along some new personal bests/worsts for me. Let's take a look shall we...
-I can now deadlift 185lbs! It's not my 1 rep max, but it still is a new personal record. I can basically lift Jason off the floor if he had handles.
-I ate 6 meals (1 every 3 hours or so) today. I haven't done that since 2006, early 2007.
-I weigh 160 lbs now. This is both a good thing and a bad thing. Its a good thing because it means I'm getting bigger/stronger. Not good because its getting bigger in certain areas where I don't want it to--my waste/stomach. A month ago, when I started working out again after not working out for almost 2 months, I weighed about 150 lbs. Yeah, I gained 10 lbs. That means for the past month I ate about 35,000 more calories than I usually do. That's a lot of alcohol...
