Thursday Workout - 25-50-100

This work-out is call "25-50-100":

1) Warm up/Stretch.
2) Alternate between 50 rope jumps and 25 burpees for 4 rounds.
3) End off with 100 box jumps. (I used the playground bench behind my house for the box)
4) Cool down.
